Idk if id necessarily call this the best workout and im not trying to sell anything but i picked up this guy a year ago its called monkey feet. It attches to dumbells and kettlebells. I got it for leg days i cant get to gym equipment and was not ready to committ to a nice piece of equipment at home. So cons 1st .. i do not advise going heavy. The weight at the end puts alot of pressure on stabalizing muscles that the gym equipment does not so your knee can move side to side which can be scary. The pro side of that i think is that i am strengthening those muscles that normally dont get worked but you have to be very careful. Overall on days i use it i am happy with it and it keeps things interesting
