If your trying to work out as much as you can then a balance diet and healthy life style is the best way to do it so first you want to STOP EATING OUT NO MORE FAST FOOD once you do that then go to your nearest gym if it's at home or somewhere you need to go and walk there it might be a long walk but it's part of the workout hey think about it you don't have to go on the treadmill then and then do a hour hour and half workout session and then walk home and get them steps in for cash walk !! 😂
