In order ti improve your abdominal muscle mass and strenght there are many exercises you can do.
However i do think that continuity in doing the exercises is the most important thing.

Hence it is important to combine a good lifestyle, including healt diet and constant exercize in order to develop the abs muscle of our dreams.
