Let me introduce my workout routines.
1. Crunches: Start with basic crunches to target the upper abs. Lie on your back, bend your knees, and lift your upper body towards your knees.
2. Leg Raises: Focus on the lower abs with leg raises. Lie on your back, keep your legs straight, and lift them towards the ceiling without letting them touch the ground.
3. Planks: Strengthen your entire core with planks. Get into a push-up position, but rest on your forearms, keeping your body in a straight line.
4. Russian Twists: Work on obliques with Russian twists. Sit on the floor, lean back slightly, and twist your torso to touch the ground on each side.
5. Bicycle Crunches: Engage both upper and lower abs with bicycle crunches. Lie on your back, bring one knee towards your chest while twisting your torso to touch the opposite elbow.
