My workout routine for Abs:
1) Do 5 planks everyday. Start with 10 seconds and then do for 1 minute.
2)3 sets of 20 Russian twists.
3)3 sets is 20 crunches.
4)3 sets of 20 leg raises.
5)Eat lots of veggies, fruits and protein.
6)if you are vegetarian like me include soy milk,soy chunks and tofu in your diet.
