Hi everyone, heres a good abs workout to get a defined six pack.
For the first exercise you will do at the gym with cables. For this exercise, position the rope halfway up the machine, grab the rope above your head, and crunch down so your head and the rope is almost touching the ground. Do this for around 8-12 reps until failure!
Rest for 3 minutes.
For the second ab exercise, grab a yoga mat. Lay down on it so your back is to the mat and your knees are raised. Do crunches by riaidng your upper back slightly off the ground as you come towards your knees. Do this for around 8-12 reps until failure!
Rest for 3 minutes.
To finish off the workout, hold a plank for as long as you can.
