Hello everyone! I usually don't do a lot of booty workouts because I hate squats, but I found this 4-week booty challenge with a ton of easy and quick workouts, to do everyday for few minutes a day. So if you have little time, it's perfect. It starts slowly and then gets more intense with time. I just think this is the best way to start if you're a beginner, so you don't risk of hurting yourself. Have a good workout!!
