Here are three effective booty workouts:
1. **Barbell Hip Thrusts**:
- Sit on the floor with your upper back against a bench, and roll a barbell over your hips.
- Thrust your hips upward, squeezing your glutes at the top, and hold for a moment.
- Lower back down with control and repeat for 3 sets of 10-12 reps.
2. **Bulgarian Split Squats**:
- Stand a couple of feet in front of a bench with a dumbbell in each hand.
- Place one foot behind you on the bench and lower your body into a lunge position, keeping your front knee aligned with your ankle.
- Push back up to the starting position and repeat for 3 sets of 10-12 reps per leg.
3. **Glute Bridges**:
- Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground.
- Lift your hips toward the ceiling, squeezing your glutes at the top, and hold for a moment.
- Lower back down with control and repeat for 3 sets of 12-15 reps.
