I do booty workout 3-4 times a week.
1, I climb 20 stairs or do elliptical for 15 mins as a warm up.
2. I do squat, sumo squat using either kettle bell or weight.
3. Deadlift
4. Kick back & side kick back, glute bridge for 10 min each
5. Stretching
All done!!
