The best chest workout I want to share here. There are 3 different part of chest workout. The indicated parts are main muscles that are stimulated but it does not mean the others aren't. I do heavy lifting which 3 reps of heavy weights that you can lift 3 times at once. Then have 3 minutes break in between sets. I usually do 6 different workouts x 3 sets of 3 reps with heavyweight.
