对于曾经身体有伤的人来说,锻炼可能极具挑战性,尤其是在完全不知道自己能做什么的情况下。所以,如果你正在寻找低冲击或改良版的运动,我就是你要找的人!

我没有接受过医学、运动疗法、生理学或任何相关领域的培训,也没有相关学位。我只是有20年应对高中车祸带来的各种伤病、行动不便和疼痛问题的经验。此外,这些年来我也咨询过许多医生,并从中获得了宝贵的建议。

      21. (This is said with 100% good humor and sincerity. I understand text does not communicate tone and my dark sense of humor does not translate well in text  🙄) I probably will not get better, but thank you... my accident was 20 ago. This is how it is.
      On the plus side (or rather, the skinny side 😉)  I have lost over 200 pounds and my pain level has gone down dramatically! And I started losing that weight with chair exercises, resistance bands, and NEAT movements.
      Anyway, this better be long enough for the new mingle rules...
