我很幸运家里有一台跑步机,所以如果天气不好不能走路,我就要么在跑步机上锻炼,要么就打开音乐跳舞——这是让心跳加速的最好方法之一。我可以尽情地做自己想做的事,不用担心别人的评判。跳舞真的能锻炼到身体的大部分肌肉。我可以同时活动身体、手臂和腿。我喜欢夏奇拉,所以她的音乐也很适合跳舞。在家进行有氧运动

    I agree with you! Dancing is excellent cardio, no matter how unskilled you may be  😉. I'm not saying you are unskilled, I am! I look like my kitty's floppy fish toy jerking around. But it gets my heart pumping so...  👍

    Dancing is very beneficial for the body. Everyone should take a few minutes a day to just listen to music and dance.
