First of all, I exercise for one set of 15 reps. Rest 60-90 seconds between sets. I use a slightly heavier weight than me. After some weeks split the workouts into two parts: upper body and lower body. In the first part, you’ll end up doing upper part. While in the second week you’ll do workout lower part.
