First I would stretch so that I don't pull any muscles and my body is warm. Then I would do a 20 min ride on the peloton. This is a great workout and it raises your heart rate. Then I would do a cooldown class just to lower my heart rate...
Another cardio workout I do is walking, because this raises my heart rate when walking up hills.
