我一开始真的很难坚持做有氧运动或在家锻炼。但每天早上强迫自己上跑步机后,我渐渐养成了习惯。现在我感觉精力更充沛、心情更愉悦,整个人也更健康了。对于任何觉得有氧运动难的人,我建议循序渐进。最终它会成为一种习惯,成为日常生活的一部分。在家做有氧运动
