有氧运动

有氧运动

我并不喜欢有氧运动……

但这或许有助于减肥

我的日常习惯总是先做拉伸运动。

然后我做一些灵活性练习。

然后我在跑步机上跑了 10-20 分钟。

我有时候会觉得无聊,所以就一边快走一边看Netflix。

有时我会换成走台阶,享受不同的乐趣。

即使我不太喜欢有氧运动,但运动后我感觉好多了,可能是因为出汗排出了体内的毒素。
