I try to walk every day at least a little bit, it doesn't have to be a long one. It just needs to get you moving and it's a great break from work or life events. I absolutely love Grow With Jos YouTube channel she is so up beat and positive it really puts you in the mood for your day. The dance workouts are my favorite but she has hundreds to choose from and you don't need a lot of space or equipment.
