日常习惯

日常习惯我制定了一个社区步行计划并坚持执行。我用子弹笔记记录每天的步行情况。坚持多天后,我会奖励自己。这样很容易激励自己。一开始我会选择一些简单的目标,比如走够几个电线杆的长度,然后再慢跑一个长度。我每天交替进行有氧运动和力量训练,大约每四周调整一次训练计划。
