这是我无聊时会做的。我先将头向后仰,双手撑地20秒。然后,我再将头向前仰,双手撑地20秒。接着,我将头向两侧倾斜(同样用手支撑),每次20秒。最后,我将头转向两侧(同样用手支撑),每次20秒。
