So with all workouts it is important to be in proper position for both high bar and low bar squats. If you do not maintain good posture it can injure you. With high bar it's not only a good leg work out it is also a good arm and back work out. With low bar it will mostly impact your back and legs. Doing a combination of the two will provide the best benefits. Personally I prefer high bar squats.
