High Bar & Low Bar Squat

These two specific skills are ones that look easy but in reality are a pain in the butt (Figuratively & Literally ). I've been a personal trainer for over 5 years and here are the things that help my clients improve in these exercises. The first thing would be to start easy, your not born as hulk you have to build up to it. Second is encouragement and hype, put on some music and feel free to cheer!. The last tip is to take rests when needed sometimes these are better than working out.
