负重行军

“负重行军”是指背着沉重的背包(或行军袋)行走/远足/跋涉/做任何事。

 

我刚才查阅了一些资料,这似乎是一种非常好的锻炼方式。

 

具体来说,如果你是一名跑步者(或者像我一样想成为一名跑步者),负重行军应该是一种极好的方式来提高你的速度和耐力,同时还能以预防受伤的方式增强你的身体素质。

 

它还有一个额外的好处,那就是可以让你扮演士兵,因为负重行军是很多军事训练的一部分。(当然,如果你本身就是一名士兵,你就可以扮演扮演士兵的平民了。)

    Usually when I go hiking it's for a few hours so I carry water, a pic nic, etc in it (and usually a child or two but not in the bag)

      Do you find that your bag is heavy enough to give you a bit more of a workout?

      Between the bag and depending what child it can be anywhere between 30 and 50 pounds. So it's a good workout for me considering Im usually on Holly trails but for someone in better shape a weighted pack would be better

      30 to 50 pounds sounds like a pretty good workout to me.

    I have never tried it, but it definitely sounds like a great way to lose some weight and build muscles.

    I have taken part in a hiking event which goes on a 20km or so trail carrying a 5L or so water bottle, long time ago....
