每天进步一点点?

我想知道你们中是否有人从周一开始以较低的步数进行,然后在整个一周内逐渐进步。

 

或者换一种步行模式?或许你可以周一、周三、周五各走15公里,其他日子走10公里?

 

或者把低强度训练日换成力量训练日?希望得到一些建议。我现在每天的训练量也差不多。

    I just do what I want. Either I walk extra because I'm off work and able to hike or because I'm trying to keep up with another app challenge. Usually my steps are from work and dogwalking. Haven't tried this app yet during tennis/pickleball/badminton yet. Also depends if I'm not suffering too much with tendinitis (feet). So, my days are from 8 to 16k.
