Se non sbaglio, la banana non è consigliata, perché contiene tanti carboidrati e zuccheri

Yes, you can eat bananas on a keto diet, but you will need to be mindful of portion sizes as they are higher in carbs compared to other fruits. A small banana typically has around 27 grams of carbs, so it's important to factor that into your daily carb intake. It's best to stick to lower carb fruits like berries while following a keto diet.

Probably not.  You are almost at your quota for the day even for eating just one.

They say that eating bananas on keto doesn't really work as they are quite high In carbohydrates. You also fibs the same with other fruit like mangoes or pineapple. So I'd give it a miss.

Assolutamente no, la banana è ricca di zuccheri e carboidrati. Gli unici frutti consentiti sono mirtilli more e lamponi

If you're properly following keto no it has too many carbs, the recommendation is for half a banana at most typically

With 27 grams of carbohydrates, 14 grams of sugar, and only three grams of fiber, bananas are likely to spike your blood sugar levels and kick you out of ketosis. As such, they don’t fit too well into a keto or low-carb diet.

You certainly can, and in fact most fruits and vegetables shouldn't be considered ENTIRELY off limits. However- you should consider that a whole medium banana will take up most of your availability for eating carbs for the entire day, so unless youve planned a VERY low carb meals for the rest of the day, a whole banana is probably not the most satisfying way to consume your carbs. Id try eating 1/2 or 1/4 of one with breakfast if you love bananas so you don't feel deprived yet still aren't overdoing it on carbs !
