如何避免在生酮飲食期間感到匱乏?

我之前嘗試過幾次生酮飲食,通常每次持續幾個月。一開始我確實感覺體重減輕了很多,精力也更充沛了,但最終還是會“半途而廢”,因為我會開始覺得吃不到自己喜歡的東西,最終會感到非常沮喪,因為這種限制性很強的飲食方式感覺難以長期堅持。請問大家有什麼建議,可以讓我不再感到那麼匱乏,避免幾週後就暴飲暴食碳水化合物,從而毀掉之前的努力嗎?

    Dieting in general I feel is hard. But I feel snacking in between meals helps a little with not feeling so hungry.

    I do a low carb diet meaning I don't do strict keto. The doctor told me that keto is not good to do due to eating foods that has higher amounts of saturated fat foods. I eat everything (fruits, veggies, meat/protein, etc.) but just limit the food the high carbs & sugars. Small Carby treats are okay once in awhile. Also, walking and exercising is important. You won't see dramatic weight loss, it is more slower but healthier in my opinion. You do whatever works for you.
