Broccoli cheese soup is really good. You'll need broccoli (4cups), shredded cheddar cheese(3 cups), heavy cream(1cup), minced garlic (4 cloves) and chicken broth (3 1/2cup, low sodium). You'd saute the garlic, then add the chicken broth, heavy cream, and chopped broccoli. Bring to boil, then simmer for 10-20 minutes Until the broccoli is tender. Then you add the cheese in slowly so it melts keeping it on simmer. Take off heat once cheese is all melted
