生酮飲食問題

我覺得所有關於生酮飲食的問題都已經被問過了,但我還有一個問題:要達到真正的效果,需要撐多久?生酮飲食期間可以偶爾休息一天嗎?例如吃一塊水果或喝一杯柳橙汁?還是說完全禁止食用水果或果糖衍生物?

    I can't answer you about the Keto diet. I always prefer to change your diet if you have a weight or health problem than to diet. A little exercise (walking) and a light dinner should be enough. Eat a varied diet and eliminate snacks and sugary drinks.
