    That's one of my concern too... Too much or increasing protein surely mean more strain on your kidney? Not sure that's healthy...?

    I've never followed keto diet, but I've heard of people that have. The good part is that It works, you lose weight. But I think you have to be careful not to regain the lost weight once the diet is over.
