Like everyone else said I'd advise against since keto is very skewed. Adults can handle it but whenever dealing with non-adults we never know fully what harms it may bring. 
Keto makes many ketone bodies that travel in bloodstream & may also be present in other bodily fluids. Wouldn't risk giving that to infants
