    Keto diet, being extreme on macro-nutrients composition, does come at costs. 
    For example, I've seen someone who tried it for diet purpose but rather ended up with increasingly high choleterol & uric acid. The person's blood components also didn't do well, even leukocytes rose. 
    It does seem to put much stress on body. 
    It seems to do more harm than good for diabetics or heart problems with high cholesterol due to extreme low carbs & high fat.
