      Si tante volte se parlate del giorno di digiuno ogni tanto e mi ha fatto bene
      Se invece parlate del digiuno intermittente lo provato pure per due mesi ma siccome non facevo attività fisica e neanche aerobica ho perso pochi kili circa 2

    Yes! You can still, in theory, eat what you want but what happened to me is that since I had a small feeding window I became more thoughtful about what I eat. If I eat junk then my fasting window is more difficult. I need to eat more balanced to make it through the times that I'm not eating.
