True! You need to listen to your body and respect the signals it is giving you!
I believe it is better to eat something before working out but I do not do it anyway as I like to workout in the early mornings and then it is not always feasible to eat something beforehand
I used to like early morning workouts when I was a competitve athlete but now I like my sleep, lol!
