You gotta try things out. I tried long fasts but they don't work for me - I get hangry. But I do a 12:12 fast now. Pretty much a normal diet, just a little more strict about stopping eating after dinner. So if I have breakfast at 7:30 am, I'll stop eating and brush my teeth at 7:30 pm.
Nice! It is smart to brush your teeth to help craves to eat.
