你間歇性斷食的時間是多久?我之前試過16-8小時,但我發現對我來說有點難,因為我是個“早餐控”,我早上想吃早餐。

    The 5:2 diet, you eat normally five days a week and cut back to 20 percent of your normal daily calorie intake for the other two. Women are supposed to have about 500 calories on fasting days, while men have about 600. I haven't tried this , but it seems like an easy way to start.
