Magari i primi giorni può essere difficile. Poi uno si abitua

Per me e stato facile perché riesco a saltare un pasto specie la sera
Ma tanti non ci riescono e quindi stentano un po ad abituarsi dipende dalla forza di volontà e della motivazione

Depends on what protocol you're using. The longer your fasts are the more difficult it will be and the more difficult it will be to maintain long term.

On the other hand, a shorter fasting period is easier and can be sustained for a long time. I have a 12:12 schedule and it isn't very hard.

It's easy. Easiest way to start is to skip breakfast or delay it by a couple of hours.

Benefits of an intermittent fasting is to lower insulin and blood sugar, promote fat burning, and reduce weight and cholesterol.
It also allows your body to switch to using ketones, keeping your mind clear, active and energetic.
It can activate cell autophagy, prevent Alzheimer's disease, detoxify, resist aging, reduce inflammation, and make you rejuvenated.
So if someone has some problems with their body, I think no matter how hard to fix it, they would be able to get keep up with because of the disease.

The first few days will likely be a little difficult, but your body should adapt pretty quickly.

🤣🤣🤣 If you eat heaps of food in the "allowed" hours it is not hard at all, but then it doesnt really make you loose weight either...

I think compared to a lot of other diets it's relatively simple to maintain and as well as enforce because it is less restrictive.  Especially if you consider that you can adjust the timings to your own lifestyle.
