關於間歇性斷食的問題

大家好,

 

我斷食兩天了,期間不吃麵包和甜點,並遵循168天斷食法。如果我打算在三個月內減掉10公斤(從78公斤減到68公斤),請問有什麼建議,我該多吃哪些食物,又該避免哪些食物?謝謝!

    You should eat a diet high in protein and low in carbohydrate If you combine this with muscle training you will easily loose the weight Good luck!

    During fasting, increase the amount of water you drink to slow down hunger. 
    
    In addition to boiled water, you can also supplement with black coffee or sugar-free tea.
    
    ·Low sugar, low GI, high fiber food
    ·Pay attention to the amount of water you drink
    ·Calculate recommended daily intake
    •Fixed daily routine and exercise
    •Avoid eating too much processed food
    ·Paired with aerobic and heavy training exercises

    If you are very diligent and have a great amount of self-control then I would suggest to be stricter with the types of food that you allow yourself to eat.  However if you know that you tend to indulge yourself once in a while, then I think moderation is key.  The point of intermittent fasting is not to interfere with the specific types of food that you do eat, but rather the timing of it.

    Have a well balanced meal that is volumetric on protein and fiber with small amounts of good fats and carbs !!! Keep an eye to see if you are adding in all the nutrients and vitamins needed for the body as well so a different meal with that considered each day will keep you healthy while losing fat !!

    Definitely fried food, frozen food , sugary drinks and sweets. Anything that is highly processed.
