    Your average daily calories are the same whether or not you are doing IF. IF simply makes it easier for some people to stick to their calories. 
    
    Your daily calories depends on your age, height, weight, sex, and activity level. Once you find your maintenance calories (your TDEE), subtract 500 calories to lose weight.
