23- how go you keep from getting stressed and overeating?
Do you mean generally or to do with intermittent fasting? Personally if I feel stressed I go for a run it's insane how much exercise helps with mental blocks.
25- that's how I felt , not with the confidence but last I knew what they were talking about
#1 comment- TOPIC #2 Intermittent Fasting: Steve, do you have any knowledge about how this impacts those with hypo thyroid? I want to start but nervous of how much energy I would feel.
Unfortunately not sorry, I wouldn't advise starting it at all before consulting your doctor.
