間歇性斷食期間暴飲暴食

我覺得如果長時間不吃東西,例如16小時,之後再吃的時候就會吃太多。我覺得這樣弊大於利。你們是怎麼應付這種情況的呢?

    If it's not working for you, do something different. Try a different fast length, or no fasting at all. It's not for everyone.

    I also might overeating at some points then I might change the pattern from 18/6 to 16/8. Just give the body some time to get use to it.
