間歇性斷食

我之前嘗試過20/4和18/6間歇性斷食,但體重下降並不明顯。我比較喜歡下午或晚上進食,這會影響我的減肥效果嗎?

    It also might depend from the food you're eating and if your doing any physical activity.

    I miss breakfast but don't see any huge difference it's a weight maintainer for me.
