間歇性斷食

關於間歇性斷食的問題。

 

大家都是怎麼忍受又餓又煩躁、胃痛的?喝水和電解質飲料對胃痛一點幫助都沒有,我莫名其妙地感到煩躁和沮喪。

    Since my fasting usually happens during bedtime, I'd go to sleep to prevent any frustration. Do you think other things can help get you off your mind? like video games, watching a movie/tv show? good luck!

      Agree. Just go to sleep and forget hunger.

    Fill yourself with water, black coffee and tea. Just sip. Do not gulp.
    Stay busy with friends, hobbies, gym, walking.
    Stay away from fast food and grocery shop just once a week. Make a plan, and stick to it.

    I am trying to keep myself busy when I feel like that. Is hard but I drink lots of water or drink extra coffee but withoutcoffeine and milk. I try to fill up my stomachs by veggies. But be busy is important for me, than I don't think about hunger.

    I usually fasting at work :) . When j am busy I do not think about food. Go on the break with people who don't eat roo, that helps a lot. When hungry I drink extra coffee or water. All the best.
