女性間歇性斷食

身為女性,由於荷爾蒙水平不同,間歇性斷食會帶來一些不同的問題。我去年嘗試過,結果因為白天能量不足而導致月經紊亂。我當時斷食到中午12點,但身體在那之前就需要能量了。您認為如果我把斷食時間提前到一天中的早些時候,就能避免月經紊亂嗎?

 

或者說,即使能源供應不足的情況發生在其他時間,結果也是嗎?以前有人遇到過這種情況嗎?

    I'm not an IFer, I'm here to learn. Thank you for sharing your experience. I think this would be a good question for you health care provider though, & hoping you have one. If not, I'd consider following what you feel your body is telling you. Maybe IF isn't right for you. Focus on eating healthy, exercising, & getting which sleep.
