    I know that low callories food, lots of vegetables and fruits, water of course. Must be a good balance diet when fasting. It is hard to keep going sometimes.

    If you do a long fast and then take meats which contain lots of fats, your digestion might have a problem a bit. Just try little time then keep it longer.
