間歇性斷食和飢餓

我認為間歇性斷食是減肥和維持正常血液循環的好方法,但我很好奇:鑑於我們現在習慣每隔3-4小時就吃點東西,如何控制飢餓感呢?這樣一來,就必然要少吃幾餐了。
