16/8 間歇性斷食

我嘗試過一段時間的16/8斷食法,也就是16個小時不吃東西,然後8小時內進食。目前感覺還不錯,對消化系統有好處。

 

但我沒有運動的習慣。如果我想開始鍛煉,配合168小時的禁食,什麼時間鍛煉比較好?飯前還是飯後?

    I do 16/8 5 days a week.I have coffee and light breakfast then hit the gym.So I do it just after my 8 hr eating window starts.I've worked out fasted but prefer having something to eat first.

    There is a debating whether workout before or after eating. I prefer before eating, because it helps me to burn my fat with empty stomach.
