If you already are skipping breakfast I'd advise against skipping dinner. 1. Having 1 meal may make you concentrate all calories into just 1 meal, which burdens stomach. 2. Skipping 2 meals could increase your craving more ultimately But it really depends on your lifestyle, your natural desired food amount, energy level & your fasting time Some do survive on 1 meal
