我剛兌換了一張價值 5 美元的星巴克禮品卡，但添加到 App 後卻顯示餘額為 0 美元。我嘗試將禮品卡餘額轉移到另一張星巴克禮品卡，但遇到了錯誤。請問有人遇過這種狀況嗎？有解決辦法嗎？

      I have redeemed gift cards before fine too, but this was the first time something went wrong so I wasn't sure if maybe something changed in the system and caused this.

      Doesn't work at all. Shows balance has to be above $0 when I try to transfer the balance and needs to reload if I want to buy anything.
