    All fruit is healthy.  Just eat it at your mealtimes not during your fasting time.

    Berries, Cherries, Peaches, Pears, Plums, Oranges, Watermelon, Bananas are recommended since they're not too sugary. Ones high in sugar like mango could cancel the benefits of fasting. 
    Actually there's even a study result that eating mango 4 times weekly could age skin from over sugar.
    
    Cherries are known to reducw blood sugar. Watermelons are full of water. Oranges despite sweet taste are surprisingly low in sugar content
