    I can tell from my experience. I've done it 4 months & slimmed down effectively. No side effects & just as desired. 
    I ate only during 10am-6pm. Especially after 6pm strictly only water. Basically 0 calories after 6pm is what I paid more attention to. 
    I ate whatever & however much I wanted to during the eating window. 
    I'd say it's healthy to do periodically since too much calories & eating is harmful. Good to periodically go easy on tummy

    I've tried intermittent fasting for 16 hours daily, focusing on whole, nutrient-dense foods during the eating window. During fasting, I stick to water, black coffee, or tea without any additives.
