在進食窗口期暴飲暴食-這還是間歇性斷食嗎?

間歇性斷食是指僅在特定時間內進食。其目的是抑制暴飲暴食和卡路里攝取。

但我心中出現了一個疑問:如果一個人不僅在有限的時間範圍內集中攝入每日所有卡路里,而且實際上攝入了超過必要卡路里的飲食,這還算間歇性禁食嗎?

這樣的做法也可以算是暴飲暴食,因為在這種情況下,進食只會發生在特定的時間段。

透過限制進食時間,它可能符合間歇性斷食的定義;然而,從整體來看,人們吃得更多,這可能會抵消禁食的影響。

間歇性斷食的目的是為了變得更健康,但如果在此期間暴飲暴食,就會破壞這個目標

    I believe health benefits of the intermittent fasting is that your body uses the body fat stored in your system as energy during at least 10 hours of fasting period. 
    
    In other words, your body fat can be burned during fasting hours to be used as energy. So, you liise that much of fat every day.

    I'd say yes, overeating during your 'window' is definitely detrimental to the goals of IF. I had weight loss surgery and many classes on nutrition and how to be successful after the surgery. One of the take aways from the classes was not to have "last meals" where you over eat or eat a bunch of junk food since that goes against the goals of what we are trying to accomplish. I feel the same thing applys to the IF eating window.
